All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and including all technical components and packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the products in their original Visionbody packaging, ensuring all EMS cables, controllers, and manuals are included.

  Ship to Hub

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's functionality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
